2012 IBPA Tournament Of Shadows National Powerlifting Championships will be held at Dungeon's Gym East in Sleepy Eye MN.

This event is open to anyone wishing to come and lift.

We will have the Bench Press, Dead Lift, and Squat all on Oct. 27 2012.

7:30 a.m. weigh ins
Meeting 8:00 a.m.
